The Jervis Arm, Onecote - Reopening

The Jervis Arms in Onecote is a historic country pub that recently underwent extensive renovations and reopened on July  2024 – dating back to the 17th century it nestles in the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands, alongside the tranquil River Hamps.

The new owners, a family of five, expressed their enthusiasm for revitalizing the venue, which had been closed for a significant period due to the pandemic and subsequent market listings.

Upon reopening, the Jervis Arms aims to provide a warm inviting atmosphere and beautiful locally sourced food to both locals and visitors – featuring a spacious dining area – along with a riverside beer garden – perfect for enjoying the scenic surroundings.

The menu boasts a range of hearty pub classics and unique dishes, showcasing quality ingredients and a commitment to excellent service.

The owners have received considerable support from the local community throughout the restoration process – emphasising their desire to create a welcoming hub for social gatherings.

With its rich history and renewed charm, the Jervis Arms is poised to become a beloved destination for those seeking good food and a friendly atmosphere in The Staffordshire Moorlands.
