The Cove Cafe Bar is a laid back beach café bar set at the heart of this unspoilt fishing village of Hope Cove.

Toby loves craft beer –the idea that started when small American breweries experimenting with different, often very powerful hops – has found the perfect home here.

The Cove has the mindset of a modern urban craft bar where brews from small UK breweries sit alongside more traditional cask ales and complimented by a good selection of local cider.

Fresh fish locally sourced and from the bay – including Marks lobsters – takes pride of place on the menu – mussels in local cider are a must have and handpicked Salcombe crab hits the spot – the seafood platter is excellent too.

With a selection of stone-baked sourdough pizzas, homemade burgers, hot dogs  the famous surf and turf and superb coffee – its happy time.

The music takes centre stage with eclectic tunes playing in the bar and live bands regularly squeezing into the lounge area.

This cafe/bar is an excellent reason to base your holiday around Hope Cove – visit the local sites and you have always got The Cove to return to in the evening/lunch/breakfast.
