Seafoods are a traditional retail and wholesale fishmongers based in the coastal resort of Burnham on Sea.

Bill and Jean Daffin opened a Fresh Fish Shop in a side street in Burnham on Sea – In 1982, Steve joined his in-laws and in 1990 they purchased new premises on the High Street – 42 High Street was completely gutted which took several months, and a new purpose built fishmongers was established – after Bill and Jean’s retirement, Steve continued to develope the shop by installing new refrigerated counters, a cold room, freezer room.

Over the years, Seafoods have won many awards and supplied numerous Celebrity Chefs – with 30 years experince Steve has a vast knowledge of the business.

The fish on the counter is sourced directly from markets in Cornwall, Devon, and Scotland, then transported overnight to be delivered fresh the following day.

Almost any fish can be ordered for delivery within 24 hours subject to availability – they also offer an exotic collection of fish sourced directly from the continent.

Seafoods also appear at the Nailsea Farmer’s Market on the 3rd Saturday of every month and at Midsomer Norton Farmer’s Market and Axbridge Farmer’s Market  on the first Saturday of every month.
